How do memberships work?
Our Walk Club memberships are billed monthly and provide consistent, scheduled walks for your dog. You choose the frequency that fits your lifestyle — once a week, twice a week, or Monday through Friday. Your pup gets the same walker and a routine they can rely on. Simple, predictable, and stress-free.
Do you offer services outside of the walk club?
Yes! In addition to memberships, we offer individual dog walks and in-home pet sitting, including drop-in visits and overnight care. Only Walk Club members have access to these additional services.
Who will be walking my pup?
Your dog will always be cared for by a trusted P.U.P.S. walker. We prioritize consistency, so your pup builds a relationship with someone they know and feel comfortable with. We believe in building trust and comfort for both you and your pet. You'll have the opportunity to meet your designated dog walker prior to the first service, ensuring that everyone feels at ease and ready for fun walks.
What if my plans change?
We get it — life happens. If you need to reschedule a walk or make changes to your membership, just let us know as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate adjustments when availability allows, and we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your needs
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Mount Dora local neighborhoods and nearby communities. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, just reach out — we’re happy to check.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
We keep things flexible. Memberships can be canceled or paused with advance notice. Simply contact us before your next billing cycle so we can make the adjustment. No awkward conversations — just honest, straightforward communication.
